I’m a systemic counselor and therapist with a background that bridges psychology, philosophy, and somatic practices. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology, a Master’s in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and completed a 3-year training in Systemic Counseling and Therapy. My work is shaped by over seven years of experience in strategic foresight and more than 15 years of personal practice in movement, bodywork, and mindfulness.
I support creative, driven individuals — often in transition or inner crisis — who are seeking clarity, resilience, and re-alignment. Many of my clients are curious, courageous, and eager to grow, but feel disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed. I offer a grounded and compassionate space to explore these challenges and reconnect with your deeper self.
In our work together, I draw on a wide range of tools — from coaching, systemic therapy and somatic approaches like nervous system regulation, Trauma Release Exercises to mindfulness practices such as MBSR and Vipassana meditation. I believe healing is a return to wholeness, a process of un-numbing and honoring all parts of who we are.
If you're navigating change or searching for a more authentic way of living and creating, I’m here to support your journey — with presence, clarity, and care.
