I’m a certified therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. I specialize in individual trauma-focused therapy for adults.
For me, therapy is a space to compassionately explore our pain, to approach it with love and understanding instead of judgement or pressure to change. Many of us had to adapt to survive by disconnecting from our feelings, taking on roles, and building protective patterns that show up later as anxiety, depression, addictions, dissociation, or other challenges.
When we give our vulnerable parts a chance to be expressed and witnessed, the grief, anger, longing, or shame they were holding starts to transform. We begin to feel more present and more whole, as we reconnect with the creativity, joy, and purpose that were hidden alongside the pain. This paves the way for real and lasting change, allowing us to show up more authentically and fully in our lives.
