As a therapist I mostly accompany people who seek emotional maturity and clarity in their relationships, free from normative expectations and concepts. A particular focus of my work is therapeutic support for queer individuals. From my own experience, I know how vital a safe and non-judgmental space can be, and how deeply healing it is to feel seen and understood. That is why I am committed to creating a protected environment in my practice where all identities are welcome. My work is guided by a trauma-sensitive perspective, systemic methods, and a respectful, mindful approach to personal boundaries. I support clients in exploring complex issues from different perspectives and in discovering new possibilities. Before moving into psychotherapeutic work, I worked as a theater director. This artistic background continues to shape my approach today—it fosters openness, creativity, and a fine sensitivity for nuance in communication.
