About me
I’m a professional counselor since 2008, after working for many years with international companies, within the communication area. My approach is humanistic/gestalt integrated, which means that I strongly believe everyone has the ability and power to reach greater awareness of oneself, a renewed confidence and ability to define one’s choices in life; these last 3 years, following a personal need and experience I specialised in Grief Counseling to better support people facing losses in their life (a beloved one, a job, a relationship). I'm a Bach Flower practitioner too and this allows me to integrate this gentle therapy to heal emotions. I am passionate about Nature and wild life, so I decided to use my experience with Dr. Bach Flowers to take care of animals which lives with humans and have some relationship troubles.

Since April 2022, I have been a volunteer with VIDAS, an Association that assists people in the end of life both at home and in Hospice.
Since June 2008 I work as Professional Counsellor to support individuals to face changes, or difficult situations in their lives, and empower them to identify resources or areas of improvements to reach their goals.
June 2001 – November 2015: Corporate and Media Relations Manager at MultiMedica Holding (an Italian private Company operating in the Healthcare and Science Research)
2011 – 2013: Tutor of the 3 years Master in Gestalt Counseling at ASPIC Institute – Milano.
1999- 2002: Teacher of the 3rd year of the course in Public Relations at Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione (IED Group - Milano)
