I got into psychology for two main reasons, 1) To create a safe space where people can voice and process their fears, struggles and most difficult moments, and 2) To help my clients feel empowered to live the life they desire.
I have worked with people on a wide range of issues, including self-confidence, self-esteem, stress, identity issues, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, relationship issues, life/work balance, spirituality, existential challenges, perinatal care and life transitions, and adopt a holistic and grounded approach to adapt to your needs.
