I am a German-Canadian who has navigated two cultures and embraced continuous self-exploration. Born in Germany, I spent 20 formative years in Canada, fostering a bicultural identity. I experienced a surprising reverse culture shock upon returning to Germany just prior to Covid-19. This period of reevaluation and adaptation equipped me to empathize more deeply with those facing transitions and questioning their place in the world.
My journey is marked by a lifelong drive for growth. To me, growth means embracing challenges, learning from my mistakes, healing from past experiences, and living true to my values. This process, though often challenging and emotional, has brought me closer to my true self. It allows me to use my resources wisely and live my passion.
I hold a Master's degree in Business Psychology and am a DGSF-certified Systemic Coach. I have over 3.5 years of experience as a Corporate Health Consultant and Systemic Coach, and 3.5 years of experience as a Crisis Worker. My coaching approach is personalized and supportive, providing a safe space where my clients can gain fresh perspectives and rediscover their inner strengths. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own struggles and journey, and my role is to facilitate self-exploration.
I offer focused 60-90 minute sessions, allowing for in-depth exploration of each unique situation using systemic coaching methods. This approach enables my clients to uncover resources and solutions they might not have realized existed. It is important to me with this solution-oriented approach, that my clients find a way to move forward with clarity, ease, and continue to build a life that feels authentic to them.
My own quest for belonging and stability in a changing world, coupled with my professional expertise, makes me a compassionate and insightful coach.
