I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience providing psychotherapy and coaching to adolescents, young adults, and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout.
Since 2017, I have worked in both private practice and clinical settings, supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
My work is grounded in an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychoanalytic principles, and other evidence-based techniques to tailor each session to the needs of the person in front of me.
Before focusing on online therapy, I worked at a mental health institute in Buenos Aires, where I provided individual therapy, conducted assessments, and led group sessions for women affected by gender-based violence. These experiences shaped my commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where people feel heard and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to listen, guide, and work alongside you as you build tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
