About me
As a European Accredited EMDR therapist and a GMBPsS Clinical Psychologist working with adults, adolescents, children and families for more than 5 years now, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique healing journeys. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression or trauma, my approach is tailored to address your specific needs and goals.
By offering online EMDR therapy sessions in Turkish and in English, I ensure that you have access to compassionate and effective support from the comfort of your own home. Together, we can work towards achieving lasting change and a more fulfilling life.
I specialise in EMDR therapy, helping people overcome difficulties such as; anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, somatization, eating disorders, psycho-emotional difficulties, relationship issues, loss and grief, anxiety disorders (i.e. phobias, OCD, panic disorder), parenting and family issues.
I understand how overwhelming seeking help can be. EMDR therapy offers a shorter, yet long lasting & effective path to healing compared to traditional approaches.
