It can be helpful to have someone to assist you as you navigate the messy parts of life. I am a professional counselor who is passionate about working with individuals who want to learn more about themselves and improve their daily lives, their relationships, and how they feel about themselves. I feel inspired when working with individuals who wish to resolve issues related to trauma, relationship issues, codependency, and low self-esteem.
I utilize modalities including EMDR and Parts Work to address trauma-related issues. I help clients to build insight, awareness, and decrease self-judgement by using mindfulness and challenging negative thinking patterns. Together, we can work towards finding clarity, resolving emotional wounds, and learning healthier ways to manage distress. When reaching out for help, it is important to feel seen, heard, and safe.
