In this explorative workshop, we will look at anger from biological, psychological, social, and systemic perspectives.
We will explore how our bodies and individual experiences shape the way we feel and express anger. We will also examine how gender roles, stereotypes, and privilege influence whose anger is accepted, heard, and taken seriously, particularly for women and marginalised groups.
Through discussion and interactive exercises, we will explore how anger can become a source of information, courage, and self-protection. Rather than suppressing anger or letting it turn into aggression, we will consider how to work with it constructively and use its energy for personal and social change.
About the facilitators
Re:sona is a Berlin-based collective working across body and mind, founded by Susanne Neissl and Chardia Budiman. They offer individual sessions and workshops, bringing psychology and bodywork together to explore the same question: how body, mind and circumstances act on each other, and what shifts when it's looked at from different perspectives.
Susanne is a clinical and health psychologist with a systemic perspective, focusing on topics such as relationships, resilience, inclusion and discrimination.
Chardia is a massage and fascia therapist, following what a symptom points to rather than only where it shows up.
