I came to the profession of psychotherapy through my own life crises. Facing loss, personal transformation, and painful turning points led me to deep inner work — and eventually to the desire to help others do the same. This journey shaped not only my approach, but also my ability to be truly present with people in moments of confusion, grief, or transition. Becoming a therapist was not a career choice — it was a calling that grew from lived experience.
I also know firsthand what it means to go through migration and start over in a new country. This personal experience helps me deeply understand the emotional layers behind relocation, disconnection, and the search for a new identity. In addition to my psychological background, I have experience running my own business and managing teams. This allows me to support clients not only in emotional or relational challenges, but also in professional and existential questions — including finding one’s direction, building confidence, and making meaningful decisions in life and work.
My therapeutic style is grounded, respectful, and collaborative. I believe that real change happens in a space where clients feel safe, seen, and accepted — without judgment or pressure. I work at your pace, supporting you in exploring what matters most, whether that’s emotional pain, relationship struggles, inner conflict, or a search for direction.
My main approach is Transactional Analysis, which helps us understand patterns in thinking, feeling, and relating — and create new, healthier ways of living. I also integrate tools from cognitive-behavioral and existential therapy, depending on your needs. Together, we look at both the deeper roots of your difficulties and the practical steps you can take to feel more connected, confident, and alive.
In our work, I bring structure when things feel chaotic, empathy when things feel heavy, and curiosity when you feel stuck. I don’t offer quick fixes — but I do offer a space where you can slow down, hear yourself, and begin to rebuild from a place of honesty and strength.
