Summer TRACES I Berlin (Paid Event)

Two-day workshop:

TRACES is an embodied and playful weekend exploration where movement becomes drawing, and drawing becomes movement. Combining Open Floor movement practice, the playful framework of Segni Mossi, and art expression, this workshop invites you into a living dialogue between body, gesture, imagination, and connection. Over two days, we will explore how impulses travel through the body into lines, shapes, textures, and images, allowing expression to emerge beyond control, performance, or the need to "do it right."

Through guided movement explorations, mark-making scores, partner and group encounters, we begin to listen differently: to the body, to space, to rhythm, and to each other. The whole body becomes part of the creative gesture, reaching, rolling, pausing, sensing, shaping space, while traces slowly appear on paper and within relationship. We move between individual exploration and collective play, discovering how creativity unfolds in connection.

As rhythms meet and traces overlap, something subtle begins to shift: curiosity awakens, imagination expands, and a quiet sense of belonging emerges through shared creation.

This workshop is not about artistic skill or perfect movement. It is about rediscovering the pleasure of exploration, spontaneity, and authentic expression.

TRACES offers space to:

• reconnect with the intelligence of the body

• explore the relationship between inner experience and outer expression
• experience co-creation, resonance, and embodied connection
• soften perfectionism and welcome the unknown

No prior experience with movement or art is needed. You are warmly welcome exactly as you are, with your body, your curiosity, and a willingness to explore.

Facilitator

Tamara Romaniuk is a certified Somatic Counsellor and Open Floor embodied movement practitioner. Her work integrates somatic psychology, mindfulness, movement, and trauma-informed approaches including IFS, Somatic EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, creating spaces for embodied exploration, creativity, and meaningful change. She is passionate about bringing more play, spontaneity, and different forms of self-expression into everyday life, inviting you to reconnect with curiosity, imagination, and the wisdom of the body.
