I help couples break destructive relational patterns and move from blame and defensiveness toward emotional responsibility, repair, and reconnection.
I believe most relationship difficulties are not caused by a lack of love, but by repetitive relational patterns that leave partners feeling unheard, misunderstood, and emotionally alone.
Many couples find themselves stuck in the same cycle: one partner reaches for connection while the other withdraws or shuts down. Small disagreements escalate quickly, and the original issue gets lost in blame, defensiveness, or silence.
Over time, this creates emotional distance — even in relationships that still deeply matter.
I specialize in helping couples rebuild trust after infidelity, repair emotional disconnection, and shift these repetitive cycles into safer, more responsive ways of relating.
Alongside couples work, I support individuals recovering from emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships, helping them understand and change the relational patterns they carry forward.
My work is relational and integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), combining emotional depth with direct work on relational patterns and responsibility.
As someone with lived experience of migration and cultural transition, I also understand how identity, displacement, and belonging can shape intimacy and connection.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy, and I have completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
In my work, I combine the emotional depth and attachment focus of EFT with the relational clarity and responsibility-based approach of RLT.
This means we not only explore what happens between you, but also work directly with the patterns that keep you stuck — such as withdrawal, pursuit, blame, defensiveness, or emotional shutdown — so they can be changed in real time within the relationship.
