I try to be heartwarming and calm, while exploring the possibilities of each person's lives.
I am a psychologist and currently training as a psychotherapist in Systemic, Narrative and Collaborative - Dialogical Approaches. I prefer showing understanding, while giving room for development. I have been trained in Mindfulness and like to insert breathing techniques in my practice as well. I have attended year long seminars in bullying and child clinical psychology. I try to be a thoughtful person that shows respect to others' opinions and preferences. Taking a step back, clearing our thoughts and keeping an open mind is one way to go.
I try to look into things holistically and with as many views as possible. That's the reason I'm training in Systemic Approaches, in order to be able to explore different dialogues, internal and external, collaborating with the client towards new solutions. I love Narrative Therapy and the way it explores the stories of our lives, giving light to those forgotten or put aside, so we can find new meanings.
I have worked in a mental health center in Athens and I'm currently into private practice also involving seminars.
I graduated from the University of Strasbourg as a Psychologist. I'm currently training in Psychotherapy. I have attended seminars in Mindfulness, Clinical Psychology of Children and Teens, and Bullying. My first bachelor degree was in Naval Engineering, and I am a licensed helicopter engineer.
