My name is Daniyar Muratali, and I am a practicing psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Since 2019, I’ve been helping clients overcome anxiety, insecurity, inner conflicts, and emotional burnout. Psychology for me is a path of service. I believe every person deserves to be heard, even when words are hard to find. Often I can sense what someone feels through silence, tone, or gaze. My goal is to create a safe space where one can be fully themselves and find clarity. Using CBT tools, I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify automatic patterns and replace them with conscious, supportive choices. Every person is unique, so my approach is always personalized — shaped by their values, experiences, and strengths. After therapy, clients often say they start to accept themselves and their emotions instead of fearing them. I find inspiration in the works of Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, and Turgenev, as well as in spiritual texts — the Qur’an, the Old and New Testaments. They help me understand the human soul more deeply. My mission is to help people find inner balance and live mindfully, with faith in themselves and in goodness.
The work begins with us clarifying the client’s concern together: what is currently troubling them, in which situations the problem shows up, and how it affects their life. I then help the client see the connection between thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions, and behavior. Often, for the first time, clients notice how their automatic thoughts intensify anxiety, fear, or feelings of guilt. Next, we gradually learn to notice and examine these thoughts, and to look for a more realistic and helpful perspective on the situation. At the same time, I offer practical exercises and small between-session tasks that help consolidate changes in real life. I work at a calm, supportive pace, without pressure. It is important to me that the client feels safe and becomes more self-reliant — able to apply CBT skills even after therapy has ended.
