I'm from Ukraine living in Amsterdam since June 2022, so I have experience of involuntary migration, adaptation to different culture and building your life back from scratch. For two decades I was working as Database&Software development, psychology is my second masters degree. So I easily pickup IT stuff, and understand how person in their forties do not know who they want yo be. I've experienced long term depression, couple of burnouts, was diagnosed with BPD and eventually ADHD. I have two sons and understand challenges of family life for people with mental issues. So psychology is kinda personal for me to: I take it all seriously, knowing how hard invisible struggles can be.
I'm result oriented and pragmatical person, looking for ways to help others to make their life happier. I'm honest, open and see my clients as capable partners, not patients. This determines my non directive multimodal approach, based on Narrative therapy with bits from CBT, IFS, EMDR and provocative therapy. I find this mix really efficient for personality disorders and situations that require to change "survival behavior".
