My goal is to help people live more meaningful, connected lives by providing a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental space for you to attend to yourself. I see client / therapist relationship as the foundation.
I am a British qualified Psychosynthesis therapist and counsellor working online and in-person in Amsterdam.
I have a holistic approach and include body, feelings and thoughts in every session. Naturally, our work will be tailored to your needs and desires. We can work on thought patterns, behaviours, attitudes and ways of being in the world, that don’t serve you anymore. We might want to explore earlier experiences or relationships that are keeping you stuck.

I frequently use guided mediation, guided visualisations, body scanning, imagination and other creative exercises such as story telling to help clients access deeper and more authentic parts of themselves, bypassing rehearsed patterns / narratives. I also use 'parts' language and psychosynthesis's 'sub-personalities' to help clients identify various aspects of themselves. I believe that by bringing awareness to more parts of oneself, one can identify and gain understanding, assess that part's current role in their life, then 'disidentify', giving more access to choice and authenticity.
