Originally from Germany, I’ve been living abroad for the past few years and am currently living in the Netherlands, where I also completed my studies. After completing my Bachelor's in Psychology, I decided to deepen my understanding of how our minds and bodies interact by pursuing a Master’s in Health and Medical Psychology.
I'm passionate about health-related topics like sleep, nutrition, and physical activity—and how these influence our mental well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to health, where mental and physical well-being go hand in hand.
My goal is to support you in uncovering your own strengths and resources, so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling, and mentally healthy life. Whether you're looking to prevent issues before they arise or want to feel more in tune with yourself or your surroundings, I'm here to guide you with compassion and practical tools
What’s most important in my sessions is that I want you to feel truly seen and heard. I welcome you with empathy, offer a listening ear, and act as a mirror whilst guiding you through the process and always keeping your goals at the center. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. That’s why I work in a way that keeps you in control, encouraging you to make your own decisions and uncover the inner tools and strengths you already have to help navigate your challenges.
In our sessions, we start by setting realistic goals and priorities together. I like to use a combination of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and a solution-focused approach. This mix provides great tools that suit your unique situation and needs.
Some of the topics I’ve supported clients with include building confidence and self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries, managing work-related stress, and dealing with feelings of anxiety. But whatever challenge you're facing, I’m happy to support you with warmth, structure, and practical tools.
