I help couples and individuals who feel stuck in the same painful loop. Arguments that keep returning, distance that keeps growing, disconnection and doubt are the most common topics of my work.
I trained as a medical doctor in the 90s, then realised that healing rarely happens in the body alone. What people carry in their relationships, their history, and their sense of self matters just as much.
For the last 13 years, I have worked as a relational psychotherapist and supervisor. My work spans emotional and mental trauma, addiction, family and systemic dynamics, and the relational patterns that shape how we connect with a partner or with ourselves.
I see people from many walks of life, and I work predominantly in English. Whatever brings you here, my aim is simple. To help you understand what is really going on, and to hand you something practical you can use straight away.
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating. Arguments that escalate out of nowhere, emotional distance, shutting down, people-pleasing, jealousy, resentment, or anxiety that shows up whenever things get close. The balance between connection and disconnection is usually at the core of my work.
Together we name the cycle, understand what is driving it, and build new responses you can actually reach for in the moments that normally go sideways.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from several methods and choose what fits you rather than forcing you into one model. It is grounded in ideas that support real change, clarity, responsibility, and living by your values. Expect a mix of depth and practicality. We map the patterns, work with the emotions you feel in your body, sharpen how you communicate, and strengthen your boundaries along with your ability to repair after things go wrong.
I offer a free 20-minute call so we can get a feel for whether we are a good fit. My calendar is not always up to date, so the quickest way to start is to send me a message and we will find a time that works.
