People often come to me when they feel stuck: when they’ve tried to make sense of things on their own but keep circling back to the same patterns, thoughts, or emotions. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where we can slow down, explore what’s really happening beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect you with a sense of clarity and trust in yourself.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and relational, meaning I tailor each session to who you are and what you most need in the moment. No two people are alike, and therapy should reflect that. I draw on both top-down and bottom-up approaches, combining practical psychological tools with body-based awareness and emotional exploration. This might include CBT for understanding thought patterns, Gestalt and attachment-based techniques to explore your relationships and emotions, and somatic or mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded in your body. At times, we may also use creative methods, such as visualization or art-based exercises, to access deeper layers of meaning and expression.
Together, we’ll work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences, not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your natural capacity for self-understanding, growth, and presence. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as the whole person you are: complex, emotional, and ever-evolving.
