Often, we are far more critical of ourselves than of others and easily overlook the resilience already within us. I believe growth is not about fixing something broken, but about strengthening what is already there. Even in difficult moments, the capacity for insight, adaptation, and strength exists within you.
My approach is integrative, drawing on multiple evidence-based methods to suit your unique needs. I often combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) to cultivate awareness, acceptance, and value-driven action, and attachment-focused strategies to explore how your relationships shape your experiences. Sometimes, we may also work with techniques targeted at your body awareness and physical experience.
I invite collaboration, flexibility, and play into our sessions. Reigniting joy can be a powerful tool to realign with yourself and your goals. Together, we will take time to decide which approaches best fit you, and I’ll guide you in applying them in ways that feel practical and relevant to your life.
In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your current challenges, what you hope to gain from therapy, and the patterns or experiences that matter most to you. From there, sessions are tailored to your pace and priorities, combining structured guidance with space for reflection and emotional processing. My goal is to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences. With curiosity and safety, we explore what may feel stuck, and build the tools to recognize, understand, and fulfill your needs.
