I use an integrative approach that allows me to shape the work around each person’s needs, goals, and personal history. No two clients come in with the same story, so sessions are adapted to what feels most meaningful and supportive for that individual. This flexibility makes it possible to follow your pace, honor your experiences, and choose methods that truly fit who you are and what you’re working toward.
PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH
My work is grounded primarily in Person-Centered Therapy, which emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I aim to meet each person with genuine presence and understanding, creating a therapeutic relationship that supports self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
ACCEPTANCE & COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)
ACT supports you in developing a more open, flexible way of relating to your thoughts and emotions. We focus on staying present, easing internal tension, and choosing responses that strengthen your wellbeing. ACT also helps you clarify what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward living in alignment with those values.
