You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why life feel harder than it should. Sometimes the problem is clear. Sometimes it’s just a quiet sense that something isn’t working anymore. You don’t need to have the right words for it. We figure that out together.
In our work, we look at your life as a whole. We explore how different aspects of your past and present connect to what you’re experiencing now. From there, we define what you need to move forward.
As a psychologist, I do not assume that everything needs to be fixed or changed. I give you space to reflect, offer guidance when needed, and support you in finding your own strength to grow. We work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, without judgement or moralising.
My training in Clinical Psychology gives me a strong, evidence-based foundation. I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, infertility, ADHD, autism, and misophonia. At the same time, I keep therapy down-to-earth, focused on what actually helps in daily life, and I steer away, when possible, from labels and diagnoses.
Feeling understood sometimes goes beyond qualifications. I also draw from personal experiences of relocating between countries, working in high-pressure environments, changing careers, and becoming a parent. Parenthood is especially close to my heart, and supporting people through pre- and postpartum phase is something I care about deeply.
