As an expat myself, I deeply understand the challenges of adjusting to a new country — from navigating unfamiliar systems to coping with homesickness, identity shifts, and cultural differences. This personal experience allows me to bring empathy, insight, and practical understanding to my work with internationals, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered as they build their lives abroad.
Based on my vast experience and theoretical knowledge, I build a strong, warm and genuine connection with each patient and create a specialized treatment plan to support, motivate and solve the difficulties he or she is experiencing. By creating a warm, safe and accepting setting, I help my patients develop healthy emotional, cognitive and behavioral patterns that endure long after treatment is complete.
I do this by combining various psychological methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, play therapy (for children), art therapy and more.
