I am an Italian clinical psychologist, currently training in imaginative analysis and schema therapy. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the deep exploration of the person in their entirety. I offer a warm, welcoming space where we will explore your needs, values, and inner resources, and work to support your well-being and help you navigate life’s complexities. The therapeutic relationship becomes a safe container in which healing, growth, and transformation can unfold. In my clinical practice, I support individuals facing emotional challenges in personal, relational, and family spheres, as well as those experiencing work-related stress and discomfort. Approach
I work with a client-centered approach, integrating psychodynamic models with tools from cognitive behavioral models and relaxation techniques (such as Autogenic Training and Progressive Muscle Relaxation). My focus is on building a safe relational area with the person, within which empowering resources and exploring areas of vulnerability.
