About me

I am originally from the Midwest and graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where my passion for understanding people and supporting others first took root. After completing my studies, I lived in the mountains of Colorado and the Pacific Northwest, immersing myself in diverse communities and landscapes that helped shape my perspective on life and human connection. These experiences, along with my professional journey, have given me a deep appreciation for the power of resilience, personal growth, and the importance of creating meaningful relationships.

In recent years, I relocated to the Netherlands with my family, which has allowed me to explore new cultures and broaden my understanding of the unique challenges that come with living abroad. Having navigated several major transitions in my own life, I feel a deep connection to the expat experience, especially for families adjusting to a new country and culture. This personal journey has fueled my passion for supporting expats, especially those with children, in their own transitions, and I strive to help them find emotional resilience and a sense of belonging in their new environment.

Additionally, I am passionate about providing grief counseling for individuals dealing with loss, whether it be the death of a loved one, a major life transition, or the end of a significant relationship. I aim to guide clients through their grieving process with compassion, helping them find healing and meaning in their journey.

With a deep interest in working with expats and their families, I offer support to those navigating the challenges of adjusting to life in a new country while raising children. I am committed to helping expat parents build emotional resilience, connect with their new environment, and manage the unique stressors of parenting in a cross-cultural context.

My goal is to provide empathetic, practical guidance while fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and empowerment throughout the healing process.
