About me

I am a psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, perfectionism and burnout. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.

I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you’ve been struggling on your own for a long time. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Clients often describe me as warm and approachable. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. At the same time, therapy is about more than talking through problems. Together, we’ll work toward developing practical strategies, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with low mood, navigating the challenges of ADHD or autism, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer an opportunity to gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Using CBT, we work together to identify patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to difficulties such as anxiety, depression, or low self-confidence. We then explore new ways of responding that support your wellbeing and goals.

ACT focuses on developing psychological flexibility. Rather than struggling against difficult thoughts and feelings, we learn how to make space for them while taking meaningful action in line with what matters most to you.

In our sessions, I will take time to understand your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll develop a shared understanding of your challenges and create a plan that feels relevant and achievable. My goal is to provide a supportive and active therapeutic space where you can develop insight, build practical tools, and make meaningful and lasting changes.
