About me

I am a NIP-registered and licensed psychologist offering online therapy in English and Greek for adults, expats, and students above 18. For years I’ve been specializing in ACT and CBT, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and move toward a life that feels truly meaningful, balanced, and connected. ​​ If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or if you are just looking to explore ways to feel more aligned with yourself, I’m here to support you using evidence-based approaches and with genuine care and compassion.

My Areas of Focus:

I work with challenges like anxiety (including panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety and generalized anxiety), depression and low mood, low self-confidence, self-criticism, perfectionism, procrastination, anger management, intrusive thoughts (OCD), specific phobias, unhelpful habits, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and life transitions (like living abroad or big scary changes in another domain of life).

My background:

My path into psychology began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. I later moved to the Netherlands and completed my Master’s in Health and Social Psychology at Maastricht University.

​I’ve been clinically training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Greek Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapies, a 4-year program accredited by the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT). This training has given me a strong foundation in working with multiple challenges using evidence-based methods. In addition to CBT, I’m deeply rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), having participated in multiple trainings by Dr. Steven Hayes and Dr. Russ Harris and being a proud member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS). Beyond these, I love diving into books and workshops to always keep growing as a therapist.

I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is collaborative and flexible. I value creating a therapeutic space grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. In this space, your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.

Therapy helps us slow down and notice what's happening in our inner world. When we become aware of our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, something important happens. This awareness creates space. Space to choose how we want to respond, space to reconnect with our values, and space to build a kinder relationship with ourselves.

Experience

In the past, I’ve collaborated with the Institute Prolepsis, where I worked on a helpline for older adults experiencing loneliness, a powerful and humbling experience that taught me the value of simply being present and listening with compassion. I am also a volunteer at @ease in Maastricht, offering a safe and open space for young people to talk freely about their thoughts and concerns.

Currently, I run my own private online practice, Prism Psychology, and collaborate with several therapy platforms, providing support to clients from around the world.
