I am a French trained and licensed clinical psychologist based in Amsterdam, working with adults, children and adolescents. I offer therapy in French, both in person and online.
Before training in clinical psychology, I worked in the corporate world — an experience that continues to shape my understanding of professional pressure, life transitions and the complexity of modern life. I later completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Paris 8 University, with extensive supervised clinical training.
I have worked in various clinical settings, including emergency psychological support for individuals exposed to traumatic events, hospital-based care for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and emotional difficulties, and perinatal mental health. These experiences have deepened my sensitivity to trauma, developmental processes and the impact of early relationships.
I welcome individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, relational difficulties, life transitions or questions related to parenting and child development. I aim to offer a confidential and steady space where you can better understand what you are experiencing and gradually develop more sustainable ways of coping and relating.
I am registered with the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) and practice in accordance with its professional code of ethics.
My practice is integrative. I draw from different therapeutic frameworks to adapt the work to each person’s needs, pace and situation. My approach is grounded in clinical psychology and ongoing professional development.
I combine three main perspectives in my work:
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) Focused on present difficulties and the interactions between thoughts, emotions and behaviours. It provides practical tools to reduce distress and restore balance.
Humanistic and existential perspectives Centered on lived experience and meaning. This approach allows space to explore personal history, identity and relational dynamics.
Psychoeducation When relevant, I provide clear frameworks to help you understand what you are going through and develop concrete strategies.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I offer an active and respectful space in which emotions can be expressed freely. Together, we identify your resources and work through obstacles at a pace that feels right for you.
With children and adolescents, the therapeutic setting is adapted to their developmental stage. When appropriate, collaboration with parents is integrated while maintaining a clear and secure space for the young person.
The aim is not only to alleviate symptoms, but to support lasting psychological development and greater autonomy.
