Arianna earned a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and also has a Masters of Social Work degree from California State University, Los Angeles. She believes there isn’t just one right tool for the job, so she takes an eclectic approach to mental health treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, meditation, re-framing, narrative therapy, and somatic work.
Additionally, Arianna’s experience growing up in a small town in the American South gave her first-hand insight and experience into the impact of bullying, repression, reputation-based culture, tribalism, and othering. She works extensively with clients who have lived these things as well, from all over the world.
Arianna is happy to meet with clients 1-on-1 via teletherapy. In-person sessions can be arranged, as needed.
