I am a systemic therapist working with individuals and couples who want more than “just coping”, who want deeper understanding, emotional relief, relational joy and real change.
My work is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from different therapeutic approaches and adapt our work to your nervous system, your history and your goals rather than forcing you into a rigid model. Therapy with me is not about ticking boxes, it’s about creating a space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest, and begin reconnecting with yourself and others.
I work in a systemic, relational way, with a central focus on relationships – including the relationship with yourself. I regularly support clients with unhelpful attachment patterns, emotional dependency, relationship anxiety, avoidance or attachment wounds.
Many of my clients are creatives, professionals, expats and highly sensitive or high-achieving individuals who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck internally.
Together we’ll explore the narratives, unmet needs, values and learned roles that shape how you relate to yourself and others. As we connect the dots, you’ll start to understand yourself more deeply, release what’s been holding you back, and build the self-leadership to live with more freedom from unconscious patterns, authenticity and self-trust.
How many sessions do I need?
I offer both brief therapy (i.e. 8–10 sessions) and open-ended therapy, and we’ll review the process periodically to ensure you are getting the most from our time together. I also offer intensive therapy (i.e. 1.5-hour sessions once or twice a week) during times of acute life crisis. In our introductory session, we’ll explore what you’re looking for and discuss what feels best for you.
COUPLES THERAPY:
In my couples work, I use Systemic Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), powerful and practical tools that helps partners move out of blame and defensiveness and back into honesty, accountability and emotional closeness. Whether you’re dealing with recurring conflict, trust issues, emotional distance or communication breakdowns, we’ll work together to rebuild safety and connection.
Above all, my approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity and genuine human connection. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold; it can feel supportive, caring and deeply human.
