Dilara Özel

I am a psychological counselor and a Ph.D. candidate in Ankara, Turkey.

I worked as a volunteer on several projects and trained in peace education, conflict resolution, and human rights. I am trained in IMAGO Couples therapy. I just started my somatic experiencing training. I took courses on Adlerian psychology. I also complete my training on Grief Educator Training by David Kessler, Experiential Play Therapy by Byron Norton, and Playshop Training by Maggie Kline. I am in my last year in Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) Training. I have got many workshops, seminars, and training on body told from scholars worldwide including Stephen Porges, Ariel Gieretto, and Sonia Gomes. I am using body-based told in my sessions.
