I work with adults and children as a psychological counselor and I am continuing my clinical psychology master's degree. I have experience with different cultures and work with LGBTQI+ clients. I am currently doing advanced studies in art therapy and clinical psychology related to trauma. During my practices, I had the chance to work with patients who experienced life-changing events and difficult transition periods such as migration depression, anxiety, relationship problems, OCD, trauma and eating disorders. In my practice, I use various tools developed to cope with the psychotherapy process in a more robust way with daily life.
Disturbing past memories play a big role in our present mental health problems, so with EMDR Therapy it is possible to heal the past and work with present triggers. At the same time, since I discovered the therapeutic effect of the creative approach in the therapy journey, I always attach importance to benefiting from art and creativity in therapy. It is my passion to support those who are trying to heal their wounds and I believe in unlocking their strength as individuals.
