I adopt a holistic, integrative, and client-centered therapeutic approach, tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s individual needs, goals, and cultural background. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Sex Therapy, which I use to support clients in developing practical coping strategies and achieving meaningful change within a structured framework.
In addition to my core approaches, I integrate techniques from Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic approaches, and Narrative Therapy when clinically appropriate. A central focus of my work is psychological flexibility, supporting clients in increasing emotional awareness, acceptance, and value-based action, particularly in the context of stress, burnout, and life transitions.
I also incorporate psychoeducation and bibliotherapy as supportive tools, helping clients better understand their experiences, normalize psychological processes, and strengthen insight between sessions. I have extensive experience working within multicultural and international contexts, including with expatriates and individuals living abroad, allowing me to deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based psychological care.
