Psychotherapist with a clinical educational basis, working in psychodynamic, family system or EMDR approaches; depending on the situation and request. I believe there is no perfect approach, but a good working alliance.
I am a psychotherapist with a systemic set of mind, i believe any problem or health issue can be seen as a part and a consequence of interaction with a bigger system. Within 10 years of my practice, I've gained quite a few methods and approaches to get the better understanding of how traumatic experience impacts our brain and body and how that can be healed in a very caring way. I myself have an experience of war in 2014 and 2022 and now I work a lot with the people who have lived the war or who are living in the war dealing with uncertainty and death threats every day. At the mean time I live in France and know what it's like being in immigration on my own experience, which gives me a better understanding of my clients who are living their traumatic experience of immigration, social isolation and struggling, starting their life from the blank page. I do work a lot as well with transgenerational trauma aspects, family relationship and couple consulting. Would be glad to accompany you on your way finding your strength and internal support.
As I have previously told you, I don't believe there is a perfect approach, all of them are good for some special themes and kinds of trauma, like the tools we use in the garden, they are all good for their special purposes. What is more important, is a working alliance between therapist and the person who is searching for healing his emotional state or trauma. I am working very mild, step by step establishing the contact with a patient, to me it's more important how you feel at this point of time rather then where we have to be at certain time. I know that healing takes time and i know how to be patient myself, so i really value safety and deep emotional contact over all. My therapeutic style is rather a mixture of family system and psychodynamic approaches, cause being formed as a systemic therapist, it's hard to switch that system thinking off. But if you prefer either of them, we can set up on either of them. I am open to your suggestion, but do respect the framing, cause i know how it's important for treatment. Would be more than happy to accompony yourn processes with care and respect.
I work with individuals and couples using a psychodynamic approach, while also keeping a systemic perspective in mind. I use the systemic approach specifically when working with families, groups, or organisations.
I consider safety in therapy essential and prefer to move slowly, prioritising safety over any progress that might seem forced or premature.
I can draw on a mix of the methods I practise, or we can focus on the one you prefer and feel most comfortable with.
I am open to your suggestions, while also respecting the therapeutic frame and protocols, as they are necessary conditions for safety on your path to healing.
I am currently in my third year of Group Analysis training to qualify as a group analyst. I work with individuals and couples using a psychodynamic approach, and with families using a family‑systems approach.
In 2021, I obtained my Clinical Master’s Diploma with a specialty in Sexology, including sexology within the psychodynamic approach.
Since 2017, I have been practising the family‑systems approach after completing studies in Family Systemic Phenomenological Therapy.
I have also completed EMDR training: in 2018 for processing traumatic experiences, and in 2023 for supporting the treatment of chronic pain.
In 2020, I obtained a client‑centred professional coaching diploma.
