I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Criminological Sciences. My professional journey includes experience as a team leader within disability care as well as internships in a justice setting and community support services, where I developed strong skills in behavioural support, psychosocial guidance, and crisis response.
I work with individuals and professionals facing complex situations, challenging behaviour, and high-demand environments. My background allows me to approach difficulties from both a behavioural and systemic perspective, with attention to context, relationships, and underlying patterns.
During a two-year period of solo travel, I further developed adaptability, intercultural awareness, resilience, and strong self-reflection skills. These experiences enrich my coaching by supporting clients through transitions, uncertainty, and personal growth processes in a grounded and practical way.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence.
My approach is coaching-based, systemic, and trauma-informed. I view behaviour as shaped by personal experiences, environment, and relationships, and therefore work contextually rather than focusing solely on problems.
Sessions typically involve behavioural exploration, identifying triggers, strengthening communication skills, and developing practical coping strategies. I use solution-focused techniques, motivational dialogue, and conflict mediation tools to support sustainable change.
My work is collaborative, practical, and empowerment-oriented, helping clients build awareness, resilience, and actionable strategies for everyday challenges and life transitions.
