About me

I graduated with a first class Masters of Narrative Therapy from the University of Melbourne through the Dulwich Centre, where Narrative Therapy was developed. I also trained as a psychotherapist and as a psychosynthesis coach with Synthesis Center, San Francisco. I learned meditation through extended time spent on retreat in meditation centres including Plum Village, the Zen Center of Los Angeles, and Zenways in London. I’ve been a writer, producer, director and actor for twenty years between Australia, UK, Europe and the USA. I spent a long time living out of a long way from Australia which showed me the ups and downs of life away from home. I had success and also burnout, anxiety and depression. I've lived the difficulties of being away from home and starting life anew. I've also dealt with a number of positive and toxic teams which has led me to an in-depth study of narcissistic personality disorder, how to work with and distance yourself from emotionally immature people, and how to remove the programming and beliefs you absorb from their abuse. With a base in Spain, I work with clients from across the world as a counsellor and therapist. As a coach, I work with executive clients in the tech and corporate sectors in the USA and South East Asia. I also work with creative clients from around the world. For now I offer online sessions only.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Narrative therapyRecommended for those who want to rewrite the way they view their life story and feel more empowered in their personal journey.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Positive psychotherapyRecommended for those who want to focus on building strengths, increasing happiness, and enhancing their overall well-being, rather than just focusing on problems.
I use an approach combine several therapeutic, coaching and counselling methods to work with your issues and assist your growth. Narrative Therapy: discovering the narratives, themes and stories that have shaped your beliefs and actions about life, we rediscover and rewrite your life story to orient toward your strengths and the life you want. Helpful for people who feel stuck, who want to rediscover purpose, and who want to reevaluate their story. Ask me about the Your Story Intensive session Psychosynthesis: is a transpersonal psychology that holds that you are looking to grow and bring inner and outer harmony to your life. Good for people who want to discover and develop vision and purpose in life, and who want to develop better relationships with parts of themselves that cause negative self talk and what looks like self sabotage in relationships, career and other walks of life. Buddhist Psychology: Benefits include increased sense of peace and connection, an ability to experience that you are not your difficult states and thought processes, mental and emotional clarity and an improved relationship with and understanding of yourself. Good for people struggling with tension, anxiety and overthinking. Other forms that influence my work include Solutions-Focused Coaching and Therapy, Mindfulness and Mindfulness-based forms like Compassion-Based Therapy I'm client-focused; you are the expert in your own life and with the right process and tools can find your own solutions. Our work together will develop your relationship with yourself and your evolution in life
