I’m Portuguese and recently finished my Psychology degree at Coventry University in the UK. I’m just starting out in my professional journey, but I’m excited to help people explore their feelings and work through life’s challenges.
I care about creating a space where you feel heard and understood, without judgment. I believe even small conversations can make a big difference, and I love supporting people as they discover new ways to cope and grow.
I’m now moving to the Netherlands to start a new chapter in my life, and I’m looking forward to connecting with people, learning from them, and making a positive impact along the way.
My approach is grounded in empathy and active listening. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I believe that being truly heard can be a powerful first step toward clarity and growth. Drawing on psychological perspectives such as humanistic therapy, I focus on understanding each person as a unique individual and supporting them in finding their own solutions rather than imposing advice.
I also incorporate elements from cognitive and behavioral approaches, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to identify patterns that might be holding them back. I’m here to encourage reflection, support self-awareness, and help clients develop practical strategies for coping with challenges and improving well-being.
Even though I’m at the start of my career, I am committed to being present, empathetic, and supportive. My goal is to foster a warm, understanding environment where clients feel safe to express themselves, explore their feelings, and work toward positive change. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood and empowering them to build resilience and confidence in their daily lives.
