I am an Italian psychologist with both personal and professional experience related to living abroad, having spent several years in the Netherlands. This journey has given me a deep understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with relocation, such as adjustment difficulties, cultural disorientation, and homesickness.
I currently work online, supporting adults and parents who are navigating periods of change or who wish to better understand their own emotional world and that of their children. I offer sessions in Italian, English, and Spanish.
I am currently training as a psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic approach, with a particular interest in child development and in working with parents. I support parents in strengthening their parenting skills and in gaining a deeper understanding of their children’s emotional needs.
I bring empathy, curiosity, and a deep passion for this work into every session.
I offer 50-minute sessions, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are free to speak openly. I place great value on the therapeutic power of words and frequently use free association to encourage thoughts and emotions to emerge naturally within the conversation.
I am currently training in a psychoanalytic approach, which informs the way I listen and work. My goal is to support personal growth, emotional insight, and a deeper understanding of oneself through a thoughtful and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Please note that sessions can be booked directly through the calendar on this platform, but they are available online only.
