As a Greek therapist who has travelled and lived in the UK for almost a decade, I am well aware of the challenges that you may face as an expat but also the difficulties that you face when you return to your home country.
I have over 15 years of experience working individually and within organizations with a variety of individuals from diverse cultures, class backgrounds, sexual preferences and beliefs and with a range of psychological difficulties. In that time I have developed the ability to offer my clients an atmosphere of safety and mutual respect, helping them to overcome their everyday difficulties and obtain an increased level of satisfaction and control over their lives.
I’m here to help you understand your areas of difficulty, to get relief from the present symptoms and develop skills to address future problems. I believe in a mind-body connection so that any improvement in psychological well-being translates into physical wellbeing.
Based on the fact that the most important factor for a successful outcome for any talking form of therapy (psychotherapy, life coaching, counseling, psycho-education through seminars and workshops) is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client, my goal is to offer a safe and confidential space where you can express yourself freely, gain a deeper insight into your issues, heal and evolve.
