I was born in Georgia but grew up and finished my studies in Greece, Athens. After I completed my Master's practicum in Athens, I challenged myself and decided to move to Georgia to work for 1.5 years as a psychotherapist. This step helped me in broadening my spectrum of learning, I acquired new experiences through diverse cases and grew as a therapist. In parallel with helping people, I was also taught and helped on many levels from my patients, for instance, the different difficulties and struggles people face in Georgia compared to Greece, and their coping mechanisms, or their system of values and priorities. It was a step that enriched my scope on case analysis, and learned how to adjust myself a s therapist with an individual from a totally different part of the world.
