About me

I studied Psychology at the American College of Greece, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and mental health. To further enhance my expertise, I pursued a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy, specializing in an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience through internships at the Counseling Center of Metropolitan College in Greece and various wellness centers, where I worked closely with clients for two years.

Building on my passion for psychology, I completed a second master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, which introduced me to the business applications of psychology. This experience deepened my understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership, and career development. Through this program, I expanded my skills in career counseling, working with clients to help them navigate professional challenges and achieve their career goals.

CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
