I'm a Cognitive and Behavioral Clinical Hypnotherapist (Adv. Prof. Diploma), a Synthetic Mental Health Counsellor (Cert) and a specialist in Counselling and Careers Guidance (M.Sc.).
I have, more especially, a Certificate in Synthetic Counselling and specialisation attained in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy and Systemic/Family Therapy.
In November 2023 I received an advanced professional diploma in Therapeutic Clinical Hypnotherapy (TCH) and in Cognitive and Behavioral Clinical Hypnotherapy (CBH).
I have a Bachelor's Degree with specialisation in Psychology as well as a Master of Science Degree in Counselling and Career Guidance, offered both by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
I have participated as a member of the scientific organising committee and as a speaker in numerous one-day events and conferences.
As for now my scientific work is supervised by extremely experienced scientists and colleagues. As a therapist I continue, of course, receiving therapy every week.
I'm a member of the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (ICIP) of the United Kingdom.
I'm a member of the Greek Association of Counselling.
I speak fluently Greek and English. In sessions I mostly use Greek, my native language.
I offer one-to-one as well as online sessions in private practice to adults (Counselling, Career Guidance, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy to adults and adolescents) as well as to couples (Emotionally Focused Therapy and Systemic/Family Therapy to couples).
Based on a synthetic approach I mostly use techniques and methodology drawn from Cognitive and Behavioral Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as from Synthetic Counselling.
