My passion lies in understanding the inner world, our emotions, struggles, and the stories that shape us. This is what drew me to the field of mental health counseling, where I have the privilege of supporting people as they move through both pain and transformation. For me, therapy isn’t about “fixing” anyone, but about creating a safe, empathetic space where people can reconnect with themselves and discover new ways of living with authenticity. Along the way, I’ve worked with individuals facing phobias, offered support through suicide prevention services, and provided online counseling to those seeking comfort and clarity. Each experience has reinforced my belief in the courage it takes to ask for help, and the importance of meeting every person with respect and compassion. Now, as I am expanding my knowledge in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches at the heart of my work, however, is a simple commitment: to walk alongside people in their healing journey, holding space for their pain while honoring their capacity for growth and change.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on different approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. While I am particularly inspired by psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, which help us explore the deeper layers of experience, I also bring in practical tools from other modalities when they can support the process. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where my role is not to direct or “fix,” but to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. In our work together, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever feels heavy, confusing or unspoken. I believe that healing often begins when we feel truly seen and understood. Together, we will explore not just the challenges you’re facing right now, but also the underlying patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your life. This process can be difficult at times, healing rarely feels neat or linear, but it opens the door to deeper self-understanding, resilience, and change. My focus is on supporting you to reconnect with your inner world, to make sense of your experiences, and to discover new possibilities for growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, loss, or a sense of disconnection, my intention is to hold a space that honors your story and supports you in becoming the person you are meant to be.
