I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology in the United Kingdom, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology.
I currently live in Greece and I'm in the fourth and final year of my Systemic Psychotherapy training. Alongside my training, I work clinically with adults and older adolescents, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges.
Systemic therapy works by understanding the individual within the context of their relationships and environment. Instead of focusing only on the person's problems, it looks at the patterns and interactions within families, teams, or other social systems. The goal is to identify and change the ways these patterns might be contributing to difficulties, helping everyone involved to communicate better and create healthier relationships. By addressing the system as a whole, we can foster more effective solutions and promote lasting change.
