Hello! I'm Anzhelika, a licensed psychologist originally from Ukraine, but for the last 18 years, I've been living in Greece. I completed my degree in psychology at the University of Crete, where I developed a strong foundation in psychology and research.
Working with NGOs, where I’ve been deeply involved in supporting vulnerable populations, especially migrants and refugees. This experience has taught me the importance of providing care that respects and understands cultural differences, making sure everyone feels seen and heard.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions (TF-CBT). Using clinically proven methods that aim to help people navigate life's challenges, I offer a safe space full of empathy, understanding, and human connection with zero judgment. My goal is to empower my clients with resilience and strength, no matter how complicated life may be.
Outside of my professional life, I am an amateur ultra-trail runner and spend my free time in mountains and forests, which keeps me grounded and inspired.
I look forward to working with you on your journey to better mental health.
