Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
HypnotherapyRecommended for those who want to use relaxation and hypnosis techniques to explore deeper parts of their mind or break unhealthy habits.
Sex therapyRecommended for individuals or couples who want help improving their sex life, intimacy, or overcoming sexual issues in a supportive environment.

In my practice at Eunoia Therapy, I approach psychotherapy as a collaborative and deeply personal journey. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the inner strength to achieve emotional balance and "eunoia" (well-thinking). My therapeutic style is integrative, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Biothymic Psychotherapy. This allows me to work structuredly on practical solutions for anxiety and emotional disorders, while also utilizing Clinical Hypnosis to address deeper, subconscious patterns when needed. Specializing in Psycho-Sexology, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore psychosexual concerns, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. Whether we are navigating sexual dysfunctions or complex emotional hurdles, my focus is on creating a tailored "toolbox" for you. My goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body, fostering long-term resilience and authentic self-expression.
