About me

I am a licensed psychologist, currently working in my native Greece with adults from diverse identity backgrounds. I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed therapy, both in individual and group settings, within international organizations, non-profits, and various community agencies. I hold a M.Sc. in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Sussex and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I also hold licensure to practice as a psychologist in Greece, and am a Graduate Member (GMBPsS) of the British Psychological Society (BPS), an International Affiliate of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), and a member in good standing with the Association of Greek Psychologists (SEPS). I have a background working with individuals, families, and communities who have survived traumatic events, as well as people with lived/living experience of a wellness-related challenge, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD. My areas of focus include resilient coping responses to personal and collective trauma; gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD); grief and loss; relationship issues; life transitions. I am bilingual and offer sessions in both English and Greek.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Family therapyRecommended for families who want to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and understand each other better within the family dynamic.
Narrative therapyRecommended for those who want to rewrite the way they view their life story and feel more empowered in their personal journey.
Systemic therapyRecommended for those who want to understand how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions, particularly within family or organizational systems.
I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy & Systemic Practice, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I strive to provide a safe and affirming space for the people I work with, while maintaining a stance of curiosity and critical reflection in my practice. As an enthusiastic learner, I continuously pursue learning opportunities that help me anchor my therapy work in anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks. If you are interested in booking a session with me, the first step is to reach out. I aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your therapy goals and how you envision our collaboration to be. Following this, we will determine whether to continue in therapy together or explore alternative options for you.
