About me

I am a licensed psychologist with an MSc in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. My experience includes working in both clinical and community settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through different stages of life and personal challenges.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection. My approach is person-centred and draws on evidence-based practices while recognising that every individual brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and needs into the therapeutic space.

Being a dual national has shaped the way I understand and appreciate different cultural perspectives. I value creating a welcoming and respectful environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and feel genuinely heard.

Alongside my clinical work, I remain engaged with research and professional development, regularly attending seminars, conferences, and training opportunities to continue learning and growing as a practitioner.

Above all, I am passionate about offering a supportive space where individuals can reflect, gain insight, and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges in ways that are meaningful and aligned with their values.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

I work from an integrative approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods to adapt interventions to each individual’s needs. This allows me to combine insights from different schools of thought while remaining flexible and responsive, ensuring that therapy is both effective and aligned with each person’s goals.

While my approach is primarily grounded in an existential perspective, I also draw on psychodynamic therapy, CBT techniques, and third-wave short-term approaches, all of which inform the way I support individuals. My work emphasises empathy, reflection, and collaboration, creating a safe space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, gain insight, and work towards meaningful personal growth.
