I have completed my studies in Psychology and I am currently training in the Gestalt therapeutic approach, which emphasizes awareness, presence, and the therapeutic relationship. I also hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology and Learning Difficulties, completed at the University of Florence, where I developed a strong foundation in educational and developmental psychology.
I have professional experience working in schools in Greece, as well as in therapeutic centers with both pediatric populations and adults. Through my work, I have supported children and adolescents with emotional and learning difficulties, while also working therapeutically with adults facing anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, experiential, and respectful of each person’s unique pace and story. In Gestalt therapy, we focus on what is happening in the present moment, exploring emotions, relationships, and patterns in a supportive and non-judgmental space. I work with Greek-speaking clients in Greece and abroad, and I am particularly sensitive to the emotional challenges related to migration, distance from home, and cultural transitions. Online therapy allows us to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship while offering flexibility and accessibility.
My therapeutic work is grounded in the Gestalt approach, which emphasizes awareness, presence, and the quality of contact within the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we explore thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, and relational patterns as they emerge in the present moment.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I am interested in how each person experiences themselves and the world around them. Together, we pay attention to recurring patterns, unmet needs, boundaries, and ways of relating, with curiosity and compassion. This process supports greater self-awareness, choice, and personal responsibility.
I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and move at their own pace. I adapt my work to each individual’s needs, drawing from my experience with both children and adults, while maintaining a warm, supportive, and relational therapeutic stance.
